    St. Anne's Florist and Gift Baskets trading hours for our Perth store are 8am-ish to 5pm-ish Monday to Friday and 8am to 12pm Saturdays. We reserve the right to open or close outside of these times as required.

    Delivery Times

    We offer Same Day Delivery in the Perth metropolitan area Monday to Friday for deliveries placed before 12.30pm, and on Saturdays before 9.30am. We endeavour to fulfill deliveries for orders placed after this time but cannot guarantee it on the same day.

    Please note: Times are given in West Australian standard time. (GMT + 08:00)

    Western Australian country areas will be an overnight delivery service and will incur up to a $30.00 - $40.00 delivery fee.

    We do not deliver our Gift Hampers or Gift Baskets with perishable items to the Eastern States - these items will be substituted for a non perishable item of equal value. We deliver Flowers both nationally and internationally as we are members of the Interflora network. Minimum purchase of $50.00 required for delivery (excluding applicable delivery charge).

    We assume that the addresses and other details you provide are correct. All re-deliveries to the same address will incur a re-delivery fee being the same as the original fee charged, redeliveries to a new address will be charged the appropriate delivery fee for that suburb.

    All deliveries are guaranteed provided the correct address, date and contact information are provided and the order is placed and confirmed before 12.30am Perth local time.

    Special deliveries can be made late evening, early morning or weekends outside of our normal trading hours however an additional charge of $55 will apply in addition to the normal delivery charge applicable if agreed upon by St Anne’s Florist. You will have to phone us to see if this is possible.

    Hot Weather Policy

    Every effort is made to ensure that stock requested is supplied in your gift basket or gift hamper selection.In periods of extremely hot weather, St Anne’s Florist & Gift Baskets reserves the right to include non-perishable items as alternatives to those perishable items that require immediate refrigeration on delivery. This especially applies to outer suburbs and country areas.

    Offers to purchase terms

    By completing an order through the website at www.stannesflorist.com.au you are placing an offer to purchase goods. St Anne’s Florist and Gift Baskets reserves the right to refuse any offer to purchase for whatever reason including but not limited to out of date or incorrect pricing, inability to deliver to a particular location or inability to supply stock.

    St Anne’s Florist and Gift Baskets is not responsible for any loss caused by late delivery, non delivery or cancellation of any order or product.

    The Prices listed for the goods on our website are for the goods only, delivery charges are additional and will be calculated at check out

    Deliveries and Re-Deliveries

    St. Anne's Florist and Gift Baskets trading hours for our Perth Flower Shop are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. 8.00am to 12pm Saturdays. We reserve the right to open later or close earlier than these specified times as required.

    • Minimum purchase of $50.00 worth of product (excluding delivery charges) required for delivery.
    • St Anne’s Florist and Gift Baskets has thousands of customers – we are not able to call or email you a confirmation that the ordered goods have been delivered to the recipient even though we would like to - this is just not physically possible for us to do.
    • Due to the volume of orders completed by St Anne’s Florist and Gift Baskets, we try our hardest to deliver your order at your preferred morning (am) or afternoon (pm) choice HOWEVER we cannot guarantee deliveries will arrive at the time requested. We cannot complete specific timed deliveries. On high volume days such as Valentine’s Day, Mothers Day and over the whole Christmas period we cannot offer am or pm deliveries due to the large numbers of orders we complete.
    • St Anne’s Florist and Gift Baskets offers Same Day Delivery to the Perth Metropolitan area if your order is placed before 12.30pm on weekdays and 9.30am on Saturdays. We guarantee that all Perth Metropolitan area (as determined by St Anne’s Florist) orders placed in compliance with this time requirement will be delivered to business addresses by 5pm and residential addresses by 7pm provided that recipients name, address and all other details are correct.
    • Deliveries that are not possible to be made on the requested day, will be delivered on the next business day.
    • It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure that the recipients name, address, delivery date and products ordered are correct. Should the wrong address be provided additional re-delivery fees will be applicable if St Anne’s Florist need to re deliver to the correct address.
    • Where possible, and if its safe to do so St Anne’s Florist and Gift Baskets couriers will leave items at addresses only if they believe it will be safe to do so and not get damaged or stolen. We accept no responsibility where it has been deemed safe to leave by our couriers and the item/products goes missing or is stolen. Where it is not possible to leave items safely, incorrect address given, locked gates on premises, person is not at the delivery address than the goods will be bought back to the shop for redelivery and redelivery charges apply.
    • We assume that the addresses and other details you provide are correct. All re-deliveries to the same address will incur a re-delivery fee being the same as the original fee charged, redeliveries to a new address will be charged the appropriate delivery fee for that suburb.
    • In peak periods, due to the high volumes of orders requiring delivery it may be necessary for St Anne's Florist and Gift Baskets to deliver to your recipient up to three (3) days prior to the date of delivery requested online. We are only able to deliver set quantities to suburbs and once this quota is reached your order may be place in the day or days prior to ensure delivery. It is advisable to order early to ensure your goods are delivered on the requested day.

    St Anne’s Florist and Gift Baskets delivers to business receptions for onward delivery to the recipient if being sent to a business address, and for hospital deliveries we deliver to the hospital ward clerks on the ward the recipient is located. We do not and are not able to deliver to the addressed recipient in their hospital rooms for privacy reasons.

    We do not deliver our gift hampers or gift baskets with perishable items to the Eastern States - these items will be substituted for a non perishable item of equal value. We deliver flowers both nationally and internationally through the Interflora Network.

    Customer Obligations

    • Contact Details

      Customers must supply St Anne’s Florist with a valid phone number and contact email.

      St Anne’s Florist accepts no liability arising out of failure to contact a customer, where the contact details were not supplied, were invalid or incorrect.

    • Delivery Address

      It is the obligation of the customer to ensure the recipient’s delivery address is correct.

      Failure to provide the correct delivery details may result in incorrectly delivered goods, undelivered goods and additional redirect or redelivery fees.

      St Anne’s Florist accepts no liability for incorrectly delivered or undelivered goods, where the customer made no reasonable attempt to correct the address within a reasonable period of time and/or the St Anne’s Florist acted reasonably when delivering the goods.

      Once delivered in accordance with your instructions, the product becomes the responsibility of the customer and or recipient.

    • Recipient Details and Personalised Messages

      The customer must ensure recipient details, such as their name and address are correct and also spelt correctly. St Anne’s Florist accepts no responsibility for any incorrect information, when such information results from a reliance on information provided by the customer.

      In regards to internet orders, customers should ensure that their personalised message is written to their satisfaction. St Anne’s Florist accepts no responsibility for incorrect spelling, grammar or formatting.

    Payment

    When you purchase goods through the St Anne’s Florist and Gift Baskets website you must be fully entitled to use the credit card submitted, and that this credit card has available funds to cover the purchase.

    Availability of Goods

    Where your Order is affected by an error on the Website (for example, in relation to a description of Goods, an image, Price or otherwise), we will reject the part of the Order that is the subject of the error in accordance with clause 3. If applicable, Supplement Mart will proceed to fulfil the remainder of your Order in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If you are not satisfied with the partial fulfilment of your Order, you can return your Order to us in accordance with the Returns Policy.

    You acknowledge and agree that:

    1. all pictures and images of Goods displayed on the Website are for illustration purposes only, and the sizes and dimensions of Goods may differ in real life;
    2. you have read any corresponding written description of the Goods prior to submitting your Order;
    3. the colour of Goods as shown on the Website may vary slightly in shade in real life;
    4. any accessory featured with the Goods is for illustration purposes only (ie vases), and may be sold separately.

    Substitution

    On occasion it may be necessary for St Annes Florist and Gift Baskets to substitute some or all of the flowers or products ordered due to unavailability of certain stock lines. St Annes Florist and Gift Baskets will always try to source the flowers or product, but this may not always be possible.

    If a substitution is required, a product of similar or greater value will be used that is in keeping with the flower arrangement, flower bouquet, gift hamper or gift basket that you have ordered. St Anne’s Florist and Gift Baskets reserves the right to substitute products where deemed necessary by us.

    Damaged Goods

    St Anne’s Florist and Gift Baskets main priority is customer satisfaction. If you receive any products that are faulty, damaged or you have a legitimate complaint about a product we will happily organize an exchange for you where we deem appropriate. We must be immediately advised of this via email on info@stannesflorist.com.au and the goods must be returned to us at 111 Newcastle Street Perth WA 6000 within 48 hours from receipt.

    In regards to flowers it is a general rule of thumb that they should last 3 - 7 days from time of receipt provided that the flowers are topped up with water, not exposed to direct sunlight/air-conditioning or heat etc. This period may be even less in period of extreme hot weather as flowers are a perishable item. If the flowers in your opinion do not meet our usual standards please email us a photo of the flowers within 24 hours of receipt to info@stannesflorist.com.au so we can attempt resolve a favourable resolution to your concerns.

    Variation or Cancellation of order

    For single orders: If you wish to vary or cancel your order we require a full 24 hour period prior to the delivery date. We will be more than happy to refund your money less a $15 administration fee. Orders that are cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice period will not be reimbursed.

    We are unable to offer any refund on the day of delivery as the flowers/hamper would have already been prepared for you and/or on its way to the recipient with our couriers.

    For multiple corporate orders: If you wish to cancel your corporate multiple gift basket or gift hamper order once it has been confirmed, a 50% cancellation / restocking fee is payable. Once an order is confirmed stock is purchased for that specific order and works are started on the preparation of the gift baskets or gift hampers immediately due to the large numbers of orders we receive.

    Cancellation by St Anne's Florist and Gift Baskets

    St Anne’s Florist and Gift Baskets reserve the right not to provide goods and services or cancel orders (or part of an order) at our sole discretion. We will not be held liable for damage or loss from exercising this right.

    Hot Weather Policy

    In regards to flowers, NO flowers will be left at properties (only if safe to do so as determined by our couriers) if the recipient is not home and it is hot weather. Nor will they be left (if safe to do so) if they will get wet and damaged in rainy weather. In both scenarios the goods will be re-delivered at a later time and re-delivery charges will be incurred.
