Message to our Customers about COVID-19

 

Like many businesses in Perth, around Australia and the World we have been assessing, planning and implementing strategies to deal with Coronavirus (COVID-19).

We are closely monitoring the official health advice and guidance from both the State and Federal Governments and have implemented all recommended precautionary measures to safeguard the health and well-being of our Staff, Customers and our Community and to assist in slowing the spread of COVID-19.  

Strategies and polices have been implemented by all of our Staff (including our Delivery Drivers) that include but not limited to frequently washing of hands with soap and water throughout the day; the use of hand sanitizer after every order is made in our shop and delivered by our drivers. All shop surfaces are being treated and wiped down throughout the day with disinfectant as are our delivery vans.

Our Delivery Divers are attempting to limit contact with others and practice social distancing, please do not be offended if deliveries are left outside front doors after they ring your doorbell, left at main receptions without ‘hand’ delivering to the recipient and the like as they are trying to do the right thing by you, themselves and the wider community.

We hope to be trading as normal as we can into the foreseeable future. We will continue to monitor all West Australian Health Department official health advice and implement any changes where and if required.
